Beattie and Di Canio set to replace Cole.
Since Andy Coles 7.6 million departure to Blackburn Rovers United have been left with only 3 strikers so the favourites to make up the numbers are West Ham hero Paulo Di Canio or Southamptons highly rated young English goalscorer James Beattie.
MY VIEW: I always agree with youth so James Beattie comes I'm happy.

Ferguson: My decision still stands.
United chief executive Peter Kenyon last night told Sky Sports before the Newcastle victory that as far as he is concerned United will be looking for a new manager despite reports that Ferguson is considering one more season in charge at Old Trafford. Alex Ferguson denied these reports after hinting that he was going to postpone his retirement. With various names in the frame for the job including Martin O'Neill, Fabio Capello, Sven Goran Eriksson and former United assistant Steve Mclaren. United fans are worried the club will never be the same with out Sir Alex.
MY VIEW: Obviously like most of you i'm worried but if he leaves theres nothing anyone can do except hope that the manager is even half as successful as Alex has been. I'm routing for another british manager though.
